What you'll do
As a working student you will support our Learning System Lean-Agile Center of Excellence Team (LACE) in different activities related to agile project management, operations, and communication. The team supports the Learning organization with services like agile coaching and trainings. It is important that all agile teams have the knowledge and structure to run efficiently, all in sync with the SAFe methodologies. Your role will support the LACE team with communication, organization of meetings and trainings, supporting the agile teams in maintaining the JIRA backlog management.

- Is comfortable working in an international environment where you must collaborate with people remotely and across different time zones and cultures
- Works closely together with other team members to ensure team success, collaboration, and teamwork
- Independently manages operational activities and ensure that requests are delivered in time and with high quality
- Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks and therefore demonstrates a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency
- Takes ownership of workstreams and tasks
- Can communicate in English (written & verbally)
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study:
- Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Computer skills:
- Basic technical knowledge, JIRA experience is a plus as well as Knowledge of Quality Engineering and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Language skills:
- Very good communication skills in English and German (written and verbal), Additional language skills is a plus, e.g. Spanish or Mandarin
- Soft skills:
- Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, good time management skills, very detail-oriented, organizational & communication skills
Meet your team
The Learning Systems team is responsible for providing state of the art infrastructure and system landscape for the design, development, and distribution of SAP’s Learning offerings. This includes various content planning, management, and publishing systems.
The Lean-Agile CoE team specifically acts as an agile program office, which currently organizes several agile development teams, supports with training enablement, governance & communication.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
