- Introduction to Customer Service & Support
- First steps with SEEBURGER software - Business Integration Server
- Working with an IT Service Management Tool
- Reporting based on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
IT Desktop Service:
- Getting to know the 4 IT areas. Desktop Service, Infrastructure, Service Management and Cloud
- Hardware structure and configuration - interaction of hardware components
- Introduction to the internal hardware lifecycle. From new procurement to scrapping/disposal.
- Insight into the daily life of an IT desktop employee. Recognizing and solving IT problems
