Our team, as part of the Communications, Marketing Strategy and Creation unit, is responsible for three areas: the further data-driven development of our communication measures and advertising campaigns, the strategic management of the worldwide marketing budget, and the organization of exchange and decision-making formats with the Marketing Leaders.

You will work hands-on with the team in Stuttgart-Vaihingen (mainly on-site). Your main responsibilities include supporting the development, creation and coordination of reports that analyze and measure the success of our major car launches and campaigns, deriving key insights and recommendations for each project. In addition, you will get insights in the strategy‑driven budget planning and steering process for all headquarters‑related marketing and communication activities. Moreover, you will contribute ideas to further improve our processes with AI-based solutions.

You will master these tasks:

• Learn and support to analyze and evaluate the success of major marketing and communication projects

• Gain hands‑on experience in strategic marketing budget planning and steering

• Analyze marketing data by connecting and interpreting insights from various dashboards, helping to drive data-based decision-making

• Assist the team in creating high‑quality presentations in both German and English

• Contribute creative AI‑based ideas and solutions to increase efficiency in our daily work

• Experience an excellent working culture with the benefits of a large international corporation

• Work in a flexible, agile, and inspiring environment alongside intercultural and interdisciplinary teams

The activity can begin from November 2026.

Qualifikationen

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 

• Affinity for AI-based data analysis; initial experience with M365 Copilot is a plus 

• Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written) language skills 

• Strong sense of teamwork, initiative, and reliability 

• Analytical mindset and a strategic approach to work 

• Willingness to learn and engage with a variety of business topics 

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to contribute ideas for business process improvements
