Auszubildende/r Maintenance

• Arbeitsaufgaben planen und vorbereiten

  • Arbeit mit vor- und nachgelagerten Bereichen im Betrieb sowie mit Kunden abstimmen

  • technische Unterlagen auswerten bzw. anfertigen, z.B. technische Zeichnungen sowie dreidimensionale Modelle mithilfe von CAD-Programmen anfertigen

  • Maßnahmen und Abläufe ggf. am Computer simulieren, z.B. für den Umbau bzw. die Änderung von Anlagen

• Bau- bzw. Geräteteile herstellen, ggf. mithilfe von Cobots

  • Bearbeitungsparameter z.B. in CNC-Maschinen eingeben, abrufen oder über Schnittstellen von CAD-Anlagen übertragen

  • Werkzeuge auswählen und einbauen, Rohlinge einspannen und ausrichten

  • Maschinen anfahren, Bearbeitungsprozesse überwachen

  • Oberflächen und Abmessungen der fertigen Erzeugnisse prüfen
