Ihre Perspektive:

Als Auszubildender (m/w/d) bei VWR lernen Sie alles über die Arbeit in einem Großhandelsunternehmen kennen. Sie absolvieren Ihre Ausbildung in einem internationalen Umfeld und lernen praxisorientiert von fachkundigen Kollegen!

Ihre Aufgaben:

• unterstützen sämtliche Unternehmensprozesse aus kaufmännischer Sicht

• erlernen die verschiedenen Bausteine in der Beziehung zum Kunden:

• nehmen telefonisch Kundenanfragen entgegen und bearbeiten diese

• ermitteln Preise und führen Kalkulationen durch

• erstellen für unsere Kunden Angebote

• unterstützen den Prozess der Auftragsbearbeitung

• kümmern sich um Reklamationen

• verantworten den Schriftverkehr mit Lieferanten, Geschäftspartnern und Kunden

• bereiten Präsentationen vor

• lernen Bürokommunikationstechniken kennen

• durchlaufen Ausbildungseinsätze in den Bereichen Marketing, Einkauf, Logistik und gewinnen Einblicke in die Warenkunde Chemie-Labortechnik

Ihr Profil:

• Gutes (Fach-) Abitur oder guten Realschulabschluss

• Gute Leistungen in Deutsch, Mathe und Englisch

• Erste Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von PC-Programmen wie z.B. Textverarbeitung (Word)

• Spaß am Lernen und an Leistung

• Eine freundliche, offene und kommunikative Ausstrahlung

• Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen
