Your responsibilities

• The development and maintenance of the European consolidation and planning processes within the existing EPM tools, HFM or BOARD are part of your tasks
• You act as a driver for automation within the Olympus finance community, assess potentials and develop concepts and solutions to optimize and automize processes
• As a working student (m/f/d), you act as a contact person for technical questions about finance software solutions for all divisions and subsidiaries
• You develop and maintain strong relationships to all functional application experts and related cross-functional teams
• You initiate and manage projects to roll out new solutions or improve the existing tools in cooperation with other divisions
• You help to ensure and improve data quality in different financial systems (SAP, BI, HFM)
• You provide analytical support and perform reviews for European entities and headquarters/competence centers
• The support of the monthly closing activities for all European subsidiaries and headquarters is part of your tasks

Your qualification

• You are a student (m/f/d), preferably in the field of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering and Management or Business Administration
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your structured way of working
