The Technology and Development Center (TEZ) is an innovation partner for our customers and Groz-Beckert's own development departments.
Here, interdisciplinary experts work together with our customers, partners and colleagues on new solutions and products for the textile world, optimize existing technologies and processes or train and advise customers.
Depending on your personal interests and skills, you will support us in one or more of the following key areas.
For developers:
- Active participation in development projects in our 5 technical centers
- Research, planning, execution and analysis of tests
- Various analyses in our modern test laboratories
For strategists:
- Trend and technology scouting, market and business analysis
- Concepts and strategies for new products and business models
- Analyzing, outlining and evaluating innovative ideas
- Visualization and control of our activities using product catalogues, feedback and KPI systems
For creative minds:
- Create, develop and support TEZ communication channels, including intranet, website, employee app and LinkedIn
- Develop content for the above channels
- Organize and design formats, workshops and events
What you bring to the table:
- Business, engineering, textile or related degree
- Good MS Office skills and digital affinity
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Structured and independent work style
- High level of team spirit
