YOUR ROLEWork in the EU market research team on consumer and market related topics for all beauty categories, e.g. hair care, hair styling, coloration and body, within Europe
Contribute to regional and local market research projects, from consumer insights to post-launch evaluation, for brand and category development
Determine the best qualitative and quantitative methods, e.g. focus groups, packaging design tests and conjoint analysis, to develop market research plans for the marketing teams
Collaborate across marketing, category management, and research and development for brand building, product innovation, and pricing strategies, including external research partnerships
Enhance the consumer centric approach and leverage new business opportunities through a proactive and consulting role in strategic projects
Help transform figures and results into new insights and actionable business recommendations
- You have successfully passed first semesters of business-related or market research-related studies
- Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
- Fluent English language skills are required, German language skills are a plus
- Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Interest in market research, data-driven marketing and learning more about qualitative and quantitative consumer research
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and open-minded team-player with high level of independence
We offer you an attractive salary between 800-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
