Intern Human Resources Transformation Project

If you want to experience how things are done in the GHR Global Human Resources team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 6 months commencing August 15th 2024 as an Intern Human Resources Transformation Project.

You can look forward to

• Supporting the project and sub-project management in an international HR transformation project, the global introduction of SAP SuccessFactors
• Supporting the project management in planning, coordinating and tracking the individual workstreams
• Collaboration on conceptual and operational tasks in the project
• Preparation of meetings/committees for and together with the project management
• Visualisation of decision bases for the management
• Supporting administrative activities in the area of Global Human Resources

You come equipped with

• Advanced Master's degree, preferably in the field of business administration, business informatics or psychology
• Initial experiences in project management through internships or working student activities are an asset 
• Confident in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient user skills in English and German (C1) 

On a personal level, you have a solution- and results-orientated working style and a high level of analytical thinking. If you also have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team, you have come to exactly the right place!
