Aufgaben

• Unterstützen bei Verkaufsmandaten, Machbarkeitsstudien, Bewertungen und Betreiberselektionen von Hotelimmobilien bei voller Einbindung ins Projektteam
• Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Vermarktungsunterlagen sowie bei Markt-, Standort-, und Objektanalysen für Hotelimmobilien und -projekte
• Erstellen von Angebots- und Präsentationsunterlagen
• Pflegen, Abgleichen und Aktualisieren interner Datenbanken
• Eigenverantwortliches und engagiertes Arbeiten in einem jungen dynamischen Team

Profil

• Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Hospitality Management, Tourismus Management oder BWL
• Du beherrschst sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift und bist im Allgemeinen sprachbegabt
• Du bist zuverlässig, kannst selbstständig arbeiten und hast eine hohe Affinität zu analytischer Arbeit
