What you'll do
We are looking for a project management enthusiast to join our Strategic Program Office. In this role, you will be exposed to global processes while providing valuable support for the team in executing program activities. Your contributions will ensure the delivery of impactful outcomes for our internal customers. Reporting to the Strategy and Operations Director, Josephine Monberg, you will engage in a variety of dynamic tasks, supporting the PMO office and playing a key role in the skills program governance and operations.
- Support the PMO office with daily operations, preparing for SAP internal stakeholder engagements at the executive level.
- Foster collaboration between program workstreams and other HR functions for strategic project steering aligned globally.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality communications, reports, and presentations for senior management and employees.
- Engage in project activities, define deliverables, and offer solutions to complex challenges.
- Ensure project goals and milestones are met, resulting in meaningful outcomes for our customers (employees and ecosystem).
- Communicate effectively and clearly, respecting cultural differences.
- Develop collaborative relationships with similar functions across SAP.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences studying business administration, psychology, marketing or similar
- Interest in agile project management or change management.
- Demonstrating an enthusiastic approach, taking ownership, acting pragmatically, and demonstrating accountability for results.
- Creating effective PowerPoint presentations and content, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities/projects, delivering high-quality and impactful results.
