As a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we at Mercedes-Benz Real Estate are responsible for global corporate real estate management. We develop and implement solutions for the Group's real estate requirements on all continents, for all usage classes and in all project phases from initiation to handover. We are looking for support from flexible, competent and assertive personalities in Berlin for national and international real estate projects that have already been launched or are in the pipeline.
As a working student, you will support the Business Development team, especially in the area of Procure Management (ordering processes) and, if required, in our real estate projects.
Your tasks will include
- Carrying out analyses of order processes and clarifying open order processes
- You form an important interface to all departments within Mercedes-Benz Real Estate as well as to other process participants and support communication
- Creation of evaluations in Excel and Power BI analyses / provision of key figures and KPIs for all colleagues at Mercedes-Benz Real Estate
- Accompaniment of audit reviews
- Reviewing Group documents, guidelines and other documents to ensure they are up to date and implementing necessary adjustments, including database maintenance
- Support in transaction and construction projects in various asset classes
