In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team when preparing company engagement meetings and thematic engagement projects.

This is a great moment to join us as we are currently enhancing our engagement programme and building out our engagement initiatives, for example on climate change, biodiversity, human rights or gender diversity.

What you do

• Supporting the team head when chairing the 30% Club Germany Investor Group, a collaborative engagement initiative on gender diversity
• In-depth analysis and preparation of thematic engagement-related projects
• Peer and market reviews relating to engagement and voting
• Preparation of engagement meetings with portfolio companies
• Supporting on presentations

What you bring

• Strong interest in and ideally some evidence of experience in sustainability
• Master studies in business administration, finance, or sustainability-related fields
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive and creative thinking
• Good team player, and collegial attitude
• Proficiency in English (both reading and writing)
