In the area of market management, volume planning and pricing, we are responsible for the operational and strategic price management of Mercedes-Benz Cars. We are offering an internship in operational and strategic price management with a flexible starting date.

The aim of our work is to optimize the price positioning of vehicles and special equipment on the market, taking into account profitability and market share. To this end, we work closely with partners from product management and controlling as well as with market research companies.

• Support in the creation of price scenarios for current and future vehicles
• Independent analysis of the market environment
• Preparation of product portfolio and price analyses of competitors
• Creating price studies and contributing to the further development of the pricing strategy, including the economic evaluation of scenarios
• Collaboration on market research studies
• Digitization of price-relevant processes with IT service providers
• Collaboration in price management for both the Europe and Overseas regions

What we expect:

• Degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good comprehension skills and a pronounced affinity for analytical, methodical and conceptual work
• Thinking in overarching contexts and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
• Strong team spirit and commitment
