Our employees face the daily challenges associated with the production of vehicles in the luxury segment. This includes the application of lean management methods for the continuous improvement of production processes, the support of model changes in series production and project management tasks. In addition, with topics such as cross-plant value stream mapping at an international level and the development of methods for the efficient further development of work organization, automotive production offers a wide range of tasks with an operational character and a unique platform for personal and professional development.

During your internship, you will gain insights into the tactical orientation and strategic planning of these topics, as well as into the management of a department in the assembly area with a varied and heterogeneous range of tasks. Apply now and become part of our team!

These tasks await you:

• Supporting the department management
• This includes day-to-day business as well as selected short and medium-term projects, which you will manage and coordinate independently
• Committee management, including preparation and follow-up of committees, with the opportunity to present your own content to management
• Preparation of presentations, analyses and decision papers
• Cross-departmental projects and targeted communication at different hierarchical levels
• Close exchange with managers and operating engineers

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, business administration, international management, business administration or comparable courses of study
• Proficient in written and spoken German
• Confident handling of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Independence, initiative, ability to work in a team, reliability, quick comprehension and goal and result orientation
