What you can expect

Within Global Product Development Department you will work closely with the EVP/VP Assistant to support administrative and organizational tasks.

• You will support the team in coordinating appointments and meetings
• You will support the team in placing orders and following the invoicing process
• In close cooperation with the team, you will support colleagues with travel bookings and travel expense reports on the internal systems

Who we are looking for

• You are currently enrolled as a student
• You have already gained experience in office management or assistance
• You have a very good command of English and German
• You are familiar with all common MS Office programmes
