Internship in Direct and GUARD Sales October 2024

Mercedes-Benz Direct and GUARD Sales are two very successful divisions of Mercedes-Benz AG. Direct Sales is responsible for business with government customers and diplomats, while the GUARD division deals specifically with sales, product management, service and marketing of specially protected Mercedes-Benz brand vehicles at the Stuttgart location.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Project work in the area of Direct and GUARD Sales Operations and GUARD Service
• Preparation of specific customer inquiries including preparation of vehicle offers
• Carrying out market observations/competitor analysis
• Collaboration in the creation of management-relevant presentations and reports
• Support in the processing of service requests
• Support in day-to-day business, e.g. order processing but also exciting logistics topics

• Degree in economics/engineering or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Commitment, ability to work in a team, analytical mindset, strategic way of working, creativity, reliability, communication skills, intercultural competence and customer orientation
• Experience abroad as well as training/previous training in the used/new vehicle or service environment desirable, ideally a car driver's license is an advantage
