Working Student HR Operations - Polish speaking

Join our global HR Operations team in Berlin now. We are looking for a motivated Working Student supporting our Poland team.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Support day-to-day HR Operations by processing employee inquiries via tickets and emails in “ServiceNow” ticket system

• Create and manage employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, references and other documents related to an employee life cycle

• Maintain employee data and processes in the HR system “Workday” ensuring high data quality

• Support managers and other stakeholders in their HR administrative tasks
• Perform routine tasks as part of HR processes

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English
• Currently enrolled in a university in Germany, preferably with a focus on business administration, HR management or a related field
• Working hours 20 hours/week with flexible working hours and option to work more hours during semester breaks
• Affinity for HR or HR systems, high service orientation, hands-on mentality and structured way of working
