Entry into professional life. During the three-year training period as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d), you will be right in the middle of the day-to-day business of a Mercedes-Benz branch or dealership. Behind the scenes and in direct contact with customers, you will acquire detailed specialist knowledge of the vehicle business as well as basic business knowledge. You will also use modern communication media and computer applications. You will become familiar with all commercial processes during service visits and when buying or selling vehicles. During your training, you will be a competent contact for our customers in spare parts sales, customer service reception and sales support. You will deal with vehicle service products as well as personnel-related tasks, with controlling instruments as well as the basics of explaining invoices. Supplementary seminars offer even more drive for your professional practice. Here you will deepen important professional and personal skills, such as presentation and visualization techniques, communication skills and teamwork.
