Your Tasks:

• You develop concepts and implement automated, easy-to-maintain system tests including empirical feasibility studies on the benefits and added value of the concept 
• You generate and develop test sequences, including test protocols
• You integrate test frameworks into the continuous development process chain used in the software development process

Necessary Skills:

• You are currently studying computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering or a related field of study
• You have programming skills in at least one object-oriented language, preferably Python, Java or C++
• You have already gained initial experience in the use of tools for implementation, version management, test automation and continuous integration
• You have initial knowledge of software engineering/software testing

Desired Skills:

• You have a basic knowledge of written and spoken German
• You have a high level of commitment and a quick grasp of things
• You are open to new topics and can quickly acquire new skills
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills and a structured way of working

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for the position as a working student is EUR 17.52. From February 2025, the hourly rate for this position will be EUR 18.10. The final thesis/internship will be remunerated with a monthly salary of EUR 979.00. From February 2025, the monthly salary for this position will be EUR 1,012.00.
