Our policyholders are counting on you

Would you like to take care of social insurance matters at a major car manufacturer and be the interface between the Mercedes-Benz company health insurance fund and its policyholders? Then you will learn about and master all social insurance-related fields of work and topics in this apprenticeship.

Your tasks

• Advise and support insured persons
• Dealing with insured persons' concerns in personal discussions and in case processing
• Getting to know and applying the German Social Code
• Work in various specialist areas: Benefits, insurance, long-term care insurance, customer service and sales

• Interest in health issues and in working with social security legislation
• Solid knowledge of mathematics
• Good German and English language skills
• Customer orientation
• Sense of responsibility and willingness to help

Additional information:

Start your training with an attractive salary of 1,083 euros in the first year of training up to 1,373.50 euros in the final year (depending on location). If you successfully complete your training, you will have the best chances of being taken on by us.
