Internship in Human Resources from February 2025

As a connectivity and vehicle data provider, the subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG offers innovative data-based solutions for a wide range of industries and use cases.

Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services creates digital solutions of the future that help B2B customers to increase their process quality and efficiency, improve customer experiences, operate more sustainably or develop new business models. The basis for this is data collected in real time from measuring points and signals inside and outside Mercedes-Benz vehicles worldwide. This data is used to generate added value for products and processes in companies in a wide range of industries. The secure and responsible handling of data is the basis for the acceptance of connected driving services. The Stuttgart-based company employs around 75 people in the development, operation and sale of digital data-based products.

The Human Resources department is responsible for all personnel issues at Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services GmbH. During your internship, you will work closely with our HR Business Partner and get to know the work in the HR department from the ground up.

The following exciting tasks await you in particular:

• Collaboration in recruiting and employer branding activities
• Support in the recruitment, support and development of our employees
• Participation in the conception, organization and implementation of HR projects (including compensation & benefits) as well as insights into current HR transformation projects
• Collaboration in the collection of key figures as part of sustainability reporting
• Support in operational, varied day-to-day business
• Initialization, organization and implementation of internal events and functions

Additional information:

• Location: Stuttgart-Vaihingen
• Start: from February 2025 (summer semester 2025)
• Duration: 6 months (40 hours/week)

Ideally, you have this:

• Degree in business administration/economics, business law, psychology, social sciences or a comparable course of study
• Ideally some practical experience in the HR sector
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Independent and structured way of working
• Openness, teamwork and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for HR topics
