Working student position in the area of operating instructions and product support telematics from October 2024

We accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products to the market launch and product support and maintenance. We support the service organizations worldwide, if necessary also on site. We work closely with our partners from GCSP, development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. We create operating instructions, write diagnostic procedures and are the experts in parts technology, as well as in product evaluation and regulation.

The Production and Distribution team is ultimately responsible for operating instructions worldwide. We are responsible for ensuring smooth delivery with consistently high quality and manage the supplier to this end. We are also the first point of contact for all manufacturing plants in the MB Cars and Vans divisions in the event of problems and quality issues. Our daily business is supplier management, a mixture of logistics, quality and purchasing.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Support in day-to-day business in the global supply of operating manuals
• Quality inspection of operating instructions
• Support in commercial processes
• Carrying out stock corrections at the print service provider
• Data research in the media database
• Coordinating content with the specialist departments
• Identification of contact persons
• Obtaining signatures
• Support in communication with the supplier

• Degree in industrial engineering or comparable course of study
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Very good knowledge of English
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• Study within the standard period of study
• Previous knowledge in the commercial sector desirable
