You will be part of our modern HR department and contribute your ideas to the full scope of HR work. You will look behind the scenes, gain unique experience and work closely with the specialist departments, the works council and us. This is what awaits you in the Labor Law & HR Compliance team:
- Support in the preparation and implementation of disciplinary personnel measures through to the termination of employment relationships, including the involvement of the works council
- Participation in staff appraisals and the necessary clarification measures
- Assisting in the preparation of labor court proceedings and sitting in on court hearings
- Support in the processing of employment law issues
- Participation in the conception, organization and implementation of current personnel projects
- Preparation of presentations, evaluations, statistics and corresponding processing
- You are currently studying business law, law or a comparable course of study
- Ideally, you have some initial professional experience as part of a commercial apprenticeship, internship and/or working student position
- You are interested in topics relating to human resources, innovation and digitalization
- You work independently and are self-organized
- You are confident in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- You are characterized by your analytical, systematic and structured way of working
- You are communicative and have a confident manner

After checking the requirements, you can complete a voluntary, mandatory or transitional internship with us. The duration of the internship is six months full-time (35 hours/week).
