We are part of the Mercedes-Benz DIGITAL division and are responsible for the future CRM IT system landscape in Europe. Our goal is to optimize business processes in sales and thus provide our customers with the best possible support.
Together with our global partners, we are currently building a new CRM system for the European market. We are working in a cross-functional team from IT and Sales. Mercedes-Benz is striving for increasing digitalization of all interactions in the customer life cycle. Customers are increasingly switching between online (web, app, car) and offline touchpoints such as retail and contact centers, while expecting personalized interaction based on their customer history.
Mercedes-Benz CRM forms the basis for professional and efficient customer interaction.
You will be part of a team with heterogeneous mindsets, where everyone brings special skills and we all benefit from each other.
Your tasks include:
- Working with the team to build a new CRM solution for the European market
- Regular exchange with our external partners and internal stakeholders
- Insights into cooperative team leadership and the management of interdisciplinary projects
- Independent processing of work packages
- Participation in organizational tasks
- Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study, IT specialization an advantage
- Confident written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Jira/Confluence is an advantage
- Knowledge of Salesforce products (Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Marketing Cloud, DataCloud, etc.) an advantage
Personal skills:
- Analytical and communication skills
- Strategic mindset and the ability to abstract well in order to quickly grasp larger contexts
- Structured work, ability to work in a team and organizational talent
Other:
- Enjoy dealing with personal and professional challenges
- Practical experience in the digital environment, if possible in digital sales (e.g. start-ups) desirable
