Work Environment
Our department plays a crucial role in the Neckarsulm factory, focusing on the analysis of electrical, electronic, and software-related issues during the production process. We meticulously examine cars in both the pre-series and series phases, collaborating closely with our counterparts in Technical Development, Quality Assurance, Production, and Planning. Our goal? To coordinate effective problem-solving activities and ensure seamless operations.
Job Purpose/Role
- You will complete a first project within your target field Analysis Electronics/Software.
- In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.
- In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
- You will engage in various working groups within the AGGP Community
- After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field Analysis Electronics/Software.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- University degree from an accredited university in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT or similar required
- Above-average academic performance
- Profound knowledge and interest in Electronics, Software, methods of Analysis, Programming
- Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
- Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
- Fluent English
- Relevant extra-curricular commitment
- Passion for future mobility solutions
- Bring in your global mindset in an innovative and digital work environment
