Job Description
For our Global Expertise Centers Infrastructure, we are looking for a dedicated professional to enhance our global team. As Project Technician you contribute with your interest and motivation to reinforce a developing and growing team focused in the specific construction field of Piers & Pylons with the following tasks:
- You take over the technical companionship of projects starting from preparation of an offer right up to order handling.
- You play an active part in the design of customized customer solutions for international and large-scale projects.
- You provide guidance to customers regarding formwork solutions, service job sites and respond to questions concerning equipment usage etc.
- You support the development of our existing formwork systems and products.
This position opens up the possibility to develop further in the areas of business development (acquisition of Large Scale projects worldwide, commercial, sales, risk management) or knowledge management (competence built up / transfer, development and training of our organization).
For this position we are also looking for graduates who want to start their professional career in a global environment with various development possibilities.
Qualifications
- Technical education: HTL, technical college, higher technical college, technical university with degree in civil engineering (or mechanical engineering)
- Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience on infrastructure projects
- Very good level of 3D CAD skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor or similar)
- Team player in a dynamic and global department
- High technical understanding as well as customer orientation
- Hands on mindset, high commitment and solution-focused approach
- Good communication skills in English (German or any other language would be a plus)
- Flexibility for travelling and willingness to work abroad after training and sufficient experience (temporary mid-term support on job sites or country branches)
Additional Information
A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 35,726 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) - use group as of III.
