WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Preparation of calculation sheets, ICRs, ROS and approval follow-up for any requirement
• Purchase request approval follow-up and sample delivery follow-up
• Update of the Supplier Contacts and data on a regular basis
• Weekly EOL / LTB / Order cancellation checking
• Follow-up for Tool Scrapping for EOL Parts (Tool details, pics, etc.,)
• Support in updating the un-coded items file (Discussion with buyers)
• Summarize & track tooling POs released
• Monthly contract summary reporting to Management and preparation of possible MOQ reduction parts for CBs based on MRP structure report
• Tooling Inventory Sheet Follow-up with Suppliers
• Preparation of Market survey & follow-up for quotes
• Monthly KPI data update 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently studying Master in the field Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related
• Relevant experience in Purchasing / Planning
• Good knowledge of excel expertise incl. Pivot, Vlookup, Macro desirable
• Good command of English in speaking and writing
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Desire to work on multicultural environment
• Desire to learn purchasing activities through data processing and analysis
