Mandatory Research and Development Intern (f/m/x)

For our production site in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg we are looking for a Mandatory Research and Development Intern (f/m/x) to start in August 2024.

Tasks

• Take part in the product development journey, in various business categories such as skin & hair care, home care, and pet care.
• Lead periodic analysis of product stability assessment.
• Contribute to new product development with prototype formulation.

Requirements

• Well trained in hygiene, discipline and documentation in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice.
• Comfortable with the performance of both periodic and routine analysis in the laboratory.
• Proficient in the use and operation of a wide range of basic laboratory and analytical equipment
• Dedicated to learning more about the product development process within the Personal Care and Home Care categories and be willing to learn and grow.
• Ideally working towards a degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field, with a strong team spirit.
• Basic knowledge of microbiology and chemistry with a developing understanding of their application in formulation and manufacturing processes
• Willingness to take on responsibility from the outset and a demonstrated desire to progress within the role.
• Fluent in English.
