We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern (m/f/d) to join our Global Retail Performance & Growth team for a 6-month period starting in February 2025.

What you can expect:
- Support the team in various projects and ad-hoc requests aimed at optimizing retail performance and uncovering new growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Take responsibility for your own work packages within a variety of performance and growth projects.
- Dive deep into market, customer, and retail performance data to create compelling reports that keep top management informed.
- Track and analyze global retail performance to develop targeted action plans for markets, enhancing retail KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct market and trend research to pinpoint the latest retail innovation priorities, enhancing the overall in-store customer experience, including product personalization, hospitality offerings, and digital features.
- Assist in developing core, adjacent, and transformational growth strategies and decision-making documents for management.
Your profile:
- Recent graduate or currently attaining Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent education.
- Previous internship experience in corporate strategy departments, retail strategy or consulting is a plus.
- Proficient skills in MS Office, with strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactivity and ability to work independently, with strong analytical, organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Fluency in English is a must, high proficiency in German and further language skills a plus.
- Open-minded approach to new topics.
- Collaborative with a focus on team success.
