We are looking for a Working Student - Vendor Relationship Management - (all genders) to join our Delivery Hero Central team to help us create a fast, reliable and transparent delivery experience. Heroic skills:
Craft test plans and cases to rigorously evaluate our SaaS based Products and related Products.
Become a debugging detective, uncovering and reporting issues with precision.
Assist in automating tests, streamlining the quality assurance process.
Collaborate with engineers and developers, contributing to the creation of high-quality solutions.
Gain valuable industry insights while learning from experienced professionals.
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing technology projects and initiatives regarding overall testing strategy and testing automation.
Assist with software testing tasks and debugging skills.
Provide technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as needed.
Assist in the documentation of technical processes, procedures, and best practices.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights.
Adapt to new technologies and tools quickly, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn.
Basic understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
Having experience in any programming language would be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with JavaScript is viewed as an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative and ask questions.
