About us

Our Business Unit Pharmaceutical Systems is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of pharmaceutical primary packaging and analytical lab services. More than 600 production lines in 13 countries worldwide produce more than 10 billion syringes, vials, ampoules, cartridges and special articles of tubing glass or polymer.

Your Tasks

• You conduct studies on our products and production steps to generate scientific data and deeper understanding regarding the friction behavior of our syringes

• You review the literature on the specific topic, compare measurements methods and select the most appropriate

• You are responsible for the definition of the test methods and the preparation of the test plans

• You work with production to produce the samples for your tests and with the lab to test the samples

• You collect and interpret the results together with the Product Engineers

Your Profile

• Studies in life sciences or engineering (e.g. pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering, etc.)

• Technical ability to define test methods and create sound test plans

• Ability to critically analyze and explain test results and to work independently

• Analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and Power Point

• Fluent command in German and English
