Your opportunity as INTERN – SPORTSMARKETING EVENT- & TICKETMANAGEMENT (F/M/D) includes the support of the project managers in the successful execution of ticket and guest management operations. You will actively maintain ticket orders and datasets, communicate with market contacts as well as structure reports in high quality for ongoing corporate ticketing contracts with partners such as adidas, FIFA, UEFA, Schaeffler and Abt Sportsline as well as for major global sport events i.e. UEFA EURO, UEFA Champions League and DTM races.
- Support our project team in their daily ticket & guest management business.
- Manage & execute ticketing operations.
- Set up registration forms & websites in our guest management tools & apps.
- Review & manage event ticket orders.
- Maintain ticket holder data.
- Assistin event ticket distribution processes.
- Createreports on a regular basis to keep all stakeholders updated.
- Draft & maintain project plans, timelines, internal and external presentations and documentations.
- Independently manage assigned project areas.
- Experienced.You are at least in the second semester of your studies, ideally in either marketing, economics, sports management or similar.
- Passionate. You have a passion for sports, culture and sustainability.
- Team player. You enjoy working in a team, but also are capable to work self-organized and structured.
- Software affinity. You enjoy working within a web based software and working with numbers, i.e. Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented. You have fun to focus on details & data
- Stress resistant. You are able to work in a high pressured environment
- Communicative. You have good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Language. German (excellent), English (excellent)
- IT skills. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
