The collection, processing and exploration of vehicle-related measurement and environmental data are a central component of this in order to identify innovative findings and potential for improvement during the ongoing development process with the help of status reports and to introduce technological solutions. In the Data Analytics and Fleet Validation department at IAV GmbH, large volumes of vehicle data are (partially) pre-processed and analyzed on a daily basis using data analytics methods in order to provide relevant information with the help of status reports.
