This challenge awaits you:
In our team, you will work on cyber security topics relating to UNECE R155 / R156 and ISO 21434 for future vehicles. You will support us in the implementation of the secure product development process, particularly in the design of requirements and processes - i.e. their application in ECU projects and functions. Working in Jira and document management systems to track and improve the process is crucial here. This includes reporting, creating KPIs, validating them and thus working with large amounts of data. The results of these qualitative and quantitative analyses are incorporated into process design and improvement. In this way, you actively shape and control the cyber security of future vehicles with us.
Your Tasks:
- You transform and aggregate data
- You apply inferential statistical methods such as outlier, factor or variance analyses
- You programme tools for automated queries from databases
- You analyse Jira ticket data in terms of data quality and consistency
- You develop and programme automations and support the implementation in production systems
- You aggregate data from different domains in e.g. data cubes (script-based programming)
- You analyse large amounts of data using complex statistical methods (decomposition curves, time progression, predicted completion, etc.)
- You design and implement filters and dashboards (jql)
- You document and prepare project-relevant information, instructions and wiki pages
Necessary Skills:
- Ongoing studies in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, automotive mechatronics and computer science or a comparable specialisation
- Practical knowledge of at least one high-level programming language
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of IT security is advantageous (not required)
- Structured and logical thinking and enjoy solving technical problems
- Willingness to learn, strong initiative and the ability to communicate and work in a team
Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52 - from February 2025 the hourly rate will be EUR 18.10. The internship/final thesis is remunerated with a monthly salary of EUR 979.00 - from February 2025 the monthly salary will be EUR 1,012.00.
