Legal Intern (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Legal Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse legal matters while adapting to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

You will:

• Evaluate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure they align with company policies and legal standards
• Oversee the legal team’s inbox and incoming requests, creating and assigning Jira tickets to the appropriate team members for resolution
• Assist in organising, tracking, and reviewing contracts using our contract management platform
• Collaborate with senior team members to draft critical fund documents, such as limited partnership agreements and offering memorandums, ensuring they meet legal and compliance standards

The next Moonfarian:

• Currently pursuing a Staatesexamen, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in law
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Reliable with strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience drafting legal documents or working with legal materials in English is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in German is an advantage

Salary: 2230 per month

To be eligible for this position you should:

• Have at least six months availability.
• Have a valid Visa/Work Permit.
• Be based in Berlin. (Relocation support is not available)
