As an intern, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities. • You will do analogue design in deep sub-micron technology.
• Furthermore, you will design and research in the area of ultra-low power mixed-signal voltage regulators.
• You will have the opportunity to work on a challenging project in a cutting-edge technology area, which will demand out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Last but not least, you will document and verify blocks.

Qualifications

• Education: Master studies in the relevant field
• Experience and Knowledge: strong theoretical background in analog design, including ADC, compactors, operational amplifiers, loop stability, and design trade-offs, at least two analog design project (not in RF), Cadence Virtuoso, basic of analog design (amplifiers, comparators)
• Personality and Working Practice:  a team-minded and reliable person with a structured way of working
• Languages: very good in English

Start: April 2025
Duration: 6 months
