In order to strengthen our global marketing team in Baar, we are looking for an intern to join us starting 01.03.25 for a duration of 6 months.

Your tasks

• Drive execution of global marketing initiatives involving innovation, communication, packaging and market research
• Take charge of dynamic projects from strategy to operations
• Conduct thorough analyses of consumers, markets, and competitors
• Take charge of the global innovation portfolio overview
• Collaborate closely with agencies, international departments, and global partners
• Manage global social media accounts (TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook) and address consumer inquiries efficiently
• Support on administrative tasks such as budget tracking and PO creation

Your profile

• Studying Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a comparable degree program
• Ideally first work experience through internships, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Analytical and creative skills, combined with a passion for brands and digital media
• First experience with Mintel is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude, determined and able to work under pressure
• Very good English and MS-Office skills, good German skills is a plus
