Working Student in Business Partner Controlling (m/f/d)

Would you like to gain experience in the field of Controlling? We are looking for a motivated Controlling Working Student in the Business Partner Controlling team at KWS Berlin GmbH in Berlin, to support us with process improvements. Your ideas will be valued as we strive for continuous improvement and innovation. In addition, you will work closely with Expert Hubs and Global Transaction Center colleagues.

The position is half-time and with limited contract to an initial period of 6 months, with a possibility ofextension up to 12 months. Starting date: February/March 2025.

Your responsibilities:

• Gathering knowledge on the Business Partner Controlling role for various regions.
• Analyse financial data, support financial planning and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support with transfer pricings topics and updating ERP systems accordingly.

Your profile:

• Ongoing bachelor’s degree studies in the field of economics or business administration.
• Work and/or internship experience in controlling and/or finance, preferably in an international environment.
• Analytical skills with attention to details.
• Result-oriented mindset and open to work independently.
• Strong communication skills: ability to collaborate and work in a multicultural team.
• Experience in relevant IT systems (e.g. MS Excel, SAP, S4 Hana, Business Warehouse).
• Fluent in English; German knowledge would be a plus.
