Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific GmbH Bremen develops and builds mass spectrometers for various applications. Life Sciences Division (LSMS) produces mass spectrometers for biological applications, pharmaceutical industry, medicine. A modern mass spectrometer is a sophisticated instrument with high sensitivity which enables detection of substances in trace amounts.

Within your Bachelor work, you will join our multi-disciplinary team of international scientists and work on a R&D project to enhance the lifetime of our mass spectrometers. During that work, you will build test setups, characterize them in a mass spectrometer and conduct the data analysis of the measurement results. You will present your work to our team and demonstrate the improvements you have developed.
