The impact you will have:

As a Working Student in People Analytics, you will work closely with our Global People Analytics Lead and HR colleagues across Europe to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role provides a unique opportunity for a student passionate about Data and People Analytics to build practical skills in a dynamic, international setting. You will gain hands-on experience analyzing key people metrics, supporting dashboard development, and contributing to strategic projects spanning five countries.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include :

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing people data and steer the monthly reporting processes. 

People Dashboard Maintenance:
Help update and refine our People Dashboard, which tracks key people metrics like FTE, Headcount, Diversity KPIs, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver trends.

Visualization and Storytelling:
Create engaging visualizations and summaries of people data using tools like Excel or PowerBI to support presentations to the leadership team.

Project Support:
Assist in key projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and process improvements within the People Analytics area.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Eager to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in People & Culture and/or data.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Currently enrolled (at least for 1 year) in a master's program in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology or a related field.
