Job Description

• The creation of new interfaces to external measurement devices and automating the test sequences in labs will be your main task.
• You will understand Electrical/Electronics Engineering fundamentals to automate tests.
• Moreover, you will create interfaces (TCP/IP, MQTT, USB etc) compatible with external measurement devices like power analyzers, high voltage dc loads, thermal cameras etc. to read and write data from and to devices.
• You will also create programs/algorithms/graphical user interfaces to process the data.
• Use the freedom to innovate. You will understand the existing test environment and bring in own ideas to integrate real time data from multiple devices.
• Last but not least, you will bring in new ideas from AI to solve problems.

Qualifications

• Education: Masterstudies in the field of Electronics, Electrical Engineering
• Experience and Knowledge: expert level know-how of programming in Python, basic knowledge in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, knowledge in automation and creating interfaces to devices over TCP/IP etc. as well as basic know-how of AI and Image Processing techniques are desirable
• Personality and Working Practice: a responsible, communicative and flexible individual
• Languages: very good in English, basic German is preferable

Duration: 6 months
