To strengthen our Treasury department within Kelvion, we are looking for a:

Working Student Treasury (m/f/d)

We're looking for students who are looking to develop an understanding of basic finance activities and take an active role in managing bank guarantees, preparing various reports and supporting the treasury team in a variety of tasks. Our promise: we'll give you comprehensive training for the right start into the working student job and support you every step of the way in our company.

Your tasks:

• Coordinating internal business correspondence with the subsidiaries and externally (e.g. with banks)
• Processing incoming correspondence
• Management of inter-company loan documentation
• Preparation of internal and external reports
• Support in the management of the Group's bank guarantee portfolio
• Organising electronic files and paper forms
• Updating data in treasury systems and databases
• Opportunity to gain insight and experience in various treasury processes

Your qualifications:

• Student in business administration, economics or similar degree (specialising in finance or similar would be an advantage)
• Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel
• Structured, independent way of working and good analytical and conceptual skills
• High level of self-drive and sense of responsibility
• Team and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
