We are looking for a Graduate Human Resources to join our Allianz Commercial Graduate Program, based in Munich.

Your responsibilities: 

  • You will collaborate on projects across Centers of Excellence (CoEs), building your knowledge in specialized areas while developing a strong generalist skillset. 

  • Within the CoEs you will assist with various HR activities, gaining exposure to different functions, including Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Performance, and Culture & Belonging and HR Business Partnering 

  • You will support the HR Operations team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day processes such as employee data management and HR system updates. 

  • You will help with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. 

  • You will support culture and engagement initiatives, assisting in creating an inclusive and positive workplace environment. 

  • You will assist with rewards and performance processes, gaining insights into how compensation and performance evaluations are managed. 

  • You will contribute to generalist HR tasks, such as drafting contracts, preparing reports, and responding to employee queries. 

  • You will contribute to the design, coordination, and evaluation of training programs, employee development plans, learning solutions, career frameworks, and succession planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

  • Completion of a bachelors university degree by September 2025  

  • Adaptability and Flexibility- Able to adapt and work effectively in different situations and remain calm under pressure 

  • Communication- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Teamwork- Have a pro-active and positive attitude to team work, able to assist others and also take on your own responsibilities 

  • Learning Mindset/ Ambition- A curious and creative mindset, willingness to learn and enthusiasm to own and drive your personal development. 

  • Analytical Thinking- Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze, study or examine data in detail, draw appropriate conclusions and present solutions to others. 

  • Good computer skills, including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.  

  • Fluent English and German skills. 

Further Information: 

  • Duration:  This is a permanent opportunity. After extensive training during the first 12 months on our Graduate Programme you will continue to work within the team and benefit from the lifelong learning opportunities that Allianz Commercial offers. 

  • Working Hours: Full-time 

  • Starting Date: September 2025 

  • Recruitment Process: The assessment and selection process will vary depending on the opportunity you have applied for but if you are selected for progression, you should typically expect up to 2 interviews. For our graduate and apprentice opportunities in Europe, you will additionally be asked to undertake online assessments and to participate in an assessment centre. Full details of what to expect and how to succeed will be provided by your Talent Acquisition Partner. 

  • Recruitment Timeline: Assessments will take place throughout February and March 2025.
