Working Student (m/f/d) - Characterization Lab

This is your new job:
As Working Student, you will support the development of new protection devices, diodes and transistors. This includes experiments, data analysis, and measurements in the R&D electrical characterization lab. You will get in touch with Nexperia’s product portfolio of discrete semiconductors and our R&D organization.
What you will do

• Electrical characterization of semiconductor wafers and final products (small signal and medium power)
• Measurements with different equipment like oscilloscope, network analyzers and different generators
• Automation of laboratory equipment
• Evaluation of trials, data analysis and presentation of results
• Investigations of competitor products

What you will need

• Student of Electrical Engineering or similar
• Preferred skills: Semiconductor technology, electrical measurement techniques, hardware automation, programming skills for lab automation, data analysis, SPICE 
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team and with colleagues
• Resilience
• Fluent in German and English, written and verbal

Conditions

• Temporary contract with extension option
• Weekly working hours: max. 18 hours / week
• 18,40 per hour
