Working Student - Test Automation for T7 (f/m/d)

Your area of work
As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the team in the development team in the Xetra / Eurex Trading IT department significantly in test automation during agile software development process.
Xetra/Eurex AD Trading is responsible starting from requirement analysis, modern software design, implementation and testing by ensuring all functional and technical requirements along with deployment of modern T7 trading platform.

Your responsibilities:

• You will gain comprehensive insights in cash and derivatives market functionalities and gain experiences in agile software development and testing processes
• Furthermore, you will support the development team by provision of testing and automation facilities by using Python eco-system during software development lifecycle 
• You are jointly responsible for the software testing and automation facilities for certain cash and derivatives market functional domains
• Furthermore, you will jointly organize all supporting test activity tasks
  

Your profile:

• You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 4 semesters
• Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics or other relevant fields
• Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of software development and testing with python eco-system in the financial market area
• You are interested in all software development and testing cycles and activities  
• You are able to work independently, has strong communication and teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, creative thinking, strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
• You have good knowledge in python eco-system and GitHub including CI/CD 
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
