We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Working Student to join our Global HR Talent Management Team! Your role will focus on a variety of learning and development initiatives, offering valuable experience in learning systems, training administration, and learner engagement. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to project management and change management tasks, further developing your skills in these essential areas.
Key responsibilities:
- System and Program Administration: You will actively contribute to the administration and promotion of our Learning Management System and training and development programs, while driving the continuous improvement of the user experience.
- Content curation: You will create and curate learning content in line with our strategic business objectives and the learning and leadership development trends.
- Stakeholder management: You will coordinate our internal training (on-site, hybrid or virtual) offers where you engage with our subject matter experts and improve your stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Quality assurance: You will gather feedback and analyze training data to track training effectiveness and satisfaction, update training documentation, and suggest improvements for ensuring the quality of training content and data.
- Change management: You will implement individual tasks related to drive learning engagement and accelerate a self-enabled continuous learning culture.
We expect:
- You are enrolled in a field of business, psychology, business psychology, education, social sciences, or communication sciences.
- You are enthusiastic about learning and development, digitalization or content creation.
- You have an agile, implementation-oriented way of thinking and working in combination with creative drive, perseverance, flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
- You have affinity with the learning technologies.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools – especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have business fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
