Internship in M&A (m/f/d)

KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for an Intern to cooperate in Mergers & Acquisitions. Sounds like this could be something for you? Then come aboard and gain experience and develop yourself further. With us you will be involved right from the start and can work on interesting projects in a corporate, international company - in the heart of Berlin!

The internship is to be filled in part or full-time for the period of 6 months startingas soon as possible.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support in M&A transactions. 
• Support in modelling and analysis of integrated business plans. 
• Support in due diligence processes. 
• Preparing presentations and other materials, including information memorandum, management presentations and valuation presentations.  
• Conducting industry and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation analysis and financial modelling. 

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor or master studies in the field of corporate finance / banking / accounting or relevant area.
• You have a genuine interest in M&A, valuations, corporate finance, and legal aspects.
• You can thrive in a fast-paced environment and convince through organizational strength and an independent way of working.
• You have analytical skills.
• You have good experience in MS-Office.
• You communicate fluently in English (spoken and written). German is a plus.
