Account Management Intern - Partners (m/f/d)
As an Intern within our Account Management team, you will support our investor onboarding processes and maintain our B2B partners. You will help set up customised investment platforms, deliver training sessions about the platforms, and assist partners in onboarding their clients into the platforms and investing in Moonfare funds. This role involves coordinating internal efforts and managing operational tasks to ensure smooth and successful partnerships.
You will:
- Facilitate ongoing support to the Partnerships team by contributing to cross functional projects with B2B partners and managing individual assignments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide continuous feedback to Product teams to improve our customer journey
- Collaborate with our KYC, Compliance, Fund Operations and Legal teams to ensure partners can onboard investors in a reliable, efficient and compliant manner
- Assist in the project management of strategic initiatives and new business opportunities
- Maintain and optimise our CRM database in Hubspot
- Maintain and optimise our client data gathering and cleaning process using Tableau
The next Moonfarian:
- Is currently enrolled in or has recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Social Sciences
- Has experience in customer-facing roles with strong persuasive communication skills
- Is resilient, has a positive attitude and is able to handle challenging situations constructively
- Is proactive, has a hands-on mentality and is able to work independently as well as together in a solution-oriented mindset with excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and has experience with Hubspot or another similar CRM system
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages like French and/or German are advantageous
Salary: 2,230 per month

To be eligible for this position you should:
- Have at least six months of availability.
- Have a valid Visa/Work Permit.
- Be based in Berlin. (Relocation support is not available)
