This internship/working student position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion and eyewear industry. You’ll work closely with a small, dynamic team that includes designers, category managers, and senior leadership, learning from each step of the product development and collaboration process. The position is ideal for someone eager to develop both creative and organizational skills while contributing to exciting projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. 

How you contribute

• You will coordinate product launches and play a vital role in the development of new collections 

• Support the team with research, preparing presentations, and gathering data 

• You will ensure project timelines are tracked and deadlines are successfully met 

• Contribute to the analysis of market trends and customer feedback 

• You will also offer administrative support, managing project documentation and organizing team meetings 

What you bring

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, such as Business or Marketing 

• Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills are perfect for the role 

• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools 

• You are proactive, eager to learn, and bring a positive attitude to your work 

• You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written 

• Having an interest or knowledge of fashion, eyewear, and product development is a plus 

• You are fluent in German and English, at least on level B2
